Whether you're just starting out and have a dream of starting new for yourself, or you're managing an established business and have financial or growth goals for the future, I will come a long side you and help coach you into the next big season of your business dream.

My Approach

My business life coaching is not the same as business consulting. Instead, I will listen and help you identify where you're at with your business goals, work with you to identify what next steps are needed to realistically help you reach those goals, and help hold you accountable and challenge any limiting beliefs or actions that will keep you from succeeding.

Key Areas in Business Coaching

1. Starting a new Business: Many people have a desire to be financially free to run their own business by offering services or selling products. If that's you, you don't have to walk this path alone. I will help you define what you want to offer, getting set up as a business and developing a clear road map for the future to help your new business succeed.
   
   

2. Launching new product or service: Your business may be wanting to add additional products or services to what you offer your customers which will include defining road maps, bench marks and expectations of what you want to do to launch them successfully.
   
   

3. Meeting Sales Quotas. Most companies have sales quotas they need to meet either quarterly or annually. I will work with you to help you understand where you're currently at in your business, gross margin compared to expenses and identifying the action you need to help you exceed your sales goals.
   
   

4. Reaching more customers: Whether you're a business owner or on a dev team, I will help you clarify your goals for customer growth, efforts needed to reach them and resources required to make it possible.
   
   

5. Team Growth: Part of running a successful company is ensuring your team of employees and leaders are working together in a healthy, effective environment. I will work with you to identify and implement the necessary steps to help empower your team to be successful and hold them accountable.

Business Short Term Life Coaching

1. CHANGE - Determining what change you want to make

5. GOALS - Deciding on the best goals and objectives to take

I offer both open-ended coaching (which plans it's ending based on my clients personal evaluating on how successful they feel they are) as well as short term coaching which has a set end date, and focuses on 6 weeks of coaching,

Business One Time Session Coaching

Christian life coaching doesn't always need to include several weeks or months (although this may be needed for more long term, important goals). Sometimes a person just needs a one time session to get them through a difficult week, keep them motivated to accomplish a one time goal, or help bring clarity about moving forward with a decision.

These are flexible sessions and can be scheduled any time.

Affordable Pricing Plans

My goal is to make my Christian life coaching services as affordable for my clients as possible. Some coaches charge anywhere from $150 to $200 for one hour. I definitely don't charge that much! I encourage you to view my pricing page and see the different options I provide and choose the one that best fits your needs.
